1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE MADE?

Spexton Ring Orders: We currently have a 3-4 WEEK wait time before your ring order will leave our studio.  Some of our rings can be made faster with the purchase of RUSH service for an additional $50.  

If you have an upcoming event and are concerned with timing, please contact us before ordering to discuss your needs by emailing sales@spexton.com or calling 1-844-SPEXTON (1-844-773-9866).  Custom orders of items not listed online my require additional production time. 

Spexton Bracelet/Necklace Orders: Production times for non-ring items such as bracelets and necklaces are listed on their corresponding product pages, but generally leave our studio 5-7 business days after you place your order. 


2. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ONCE MY ORDER LEAVES THE STUDIO?

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping courier and service you choose upon checkout. We offer free shipping within the United States via USPS or UPS on all orders over $100, as well as expedited shipping options via Fedex and UPS. 


3. WHAT ARE THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES?

Satisfaction is guaranteed. Rings without engraving may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days. Engraved rings may only be returned for store credit. All other items may be returned for refund or exchanged within 30 days, excluding custom-made pieces. 


4. HOW DO I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?

This is the most important aspect of your purchase. DO NOT simply guess your ring size, and don't use an online printable sizing guide--it won't work at all. 

To get an INITIAL idea of what size you THINK you will need, it is best visit at least 2 professional jewelers or jewelry counters on DIFFERENT DAYS to have your finger sized. Keep in mind that the width of the ring will also influence how the ring fits, so it is best to know how wide you want your ring to be before visiting the jeweler.

Making more than one visit to a different jeweler will give you a better result, as our fingers FLUCTUATE depending on many factors such as diet, weather, alcohol intake, medications, etc.

Once you have an initial idea of the size you think you need, we absolutely recommend adding our ring test size kit to your order because:

Over 75% of our customers who order the test size kit end up choosing a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SIZE than what they were told they needed by their jewelers after they have worn our test size rings. 

THIS MEANS:  After you visit 2 jewelers to get your size, there is still a 75% chance you don't know your correct size!

5. HOW DO I DETERMINE MY RING WIDTH?

Many of our bands are available in several widths.  Width will affect the fit of your ring--the wider the band, the tighter the width.  If, for example, you wear a size 9 in a 3mm band, you'll probably wear a 9.5 or larger if you choose an 8mm band.

6. IF I ALREADY OWN A RING THAT FITS, CAN I USE IT TO DETERMINE THE SIZE?:

7. WHAT MAKES SPEXTON RINGS UNIQUE?

Our wedding bands are fabricated in the United States entirely in our machine shop in Tulsa, OK.  We utilize both low-tech and high-tech machinery, and employ talented artisans and bench jewelers to create the highest quality, most unique band options available utilizing innovative, modern materials.  

All of our fine jewelry is cast in the USA from recycled metals, and expertly set and polished by our master jeweler and his team, providing Spexton customers with the attention to detail and design only available with American made jewelry.  


8. CAN I SEND MY RING BACK FOR CLEANING/RESURFACING/REPAIR?

Yes! We offer free lifetime cleaning, resurfacing, and repairs on all of our products.

9. ARE YOUR DIAMONDS AND GOLD ETHICALLY SOURCED?
Absolutely. We use a combination of both new and recycled gold, and G color VS-1 or VS-2 diamonds or better, all of which are ethically sourced from only the most trusted precious materials suppliers in the country. If you would like to know more about our materials suppliers feel free to contact us and we can give you info on the companies who's raw products we currently have in stock.

10. WHAT IF I FIND AN ERROR ON SPEXTON.COM?

Data, including prices and diamond total weights may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.
