Shipping & Production times: 

This item will leave our studio 2-3 days after you place your order. It will ship for FREE via USPS Priority Mail which generally takes 2-4 days to arrive, meaning most orders arrive within 1 week of purchase, barring any mail delays. If you are in a rush, please place your order via phone at 844-SPEXTON so we can expedite your order. 

Returns & Exchanges: 

Necklaces, earrings, and bracelets in new, unworn condition purchased on Spexton.com* may be exchanged for a different item or returned for a refund within 30 days of acceptance.

Need something different? Exchanges of necklaces and bracelets for a different item are free within 30 days.

Simply want a refund? Necklaces, earrings, or bracelets returned for a refund within 30 days will incur a $10 return postage fee

To initiate the exchange or return of a new, unworn necklace or bracelet please call us at 844-SPEXTON, email sales@spexton.com, or click the Chat With Us button. Once approved, we will email a prepaid label with which to ship your item.
