All Spexton products take 2-3 weeks to create. If you need to have your order rushed, would like it made from stainless steel, or would like to add an engraving inside the ring, or have other questions please contact us before ordering.
- Shipping: All Spexton rings are handmade to order, a process that takes 2-3 weeks before shipping.
Sizing: It is extremely important that you have your finger professionally sized--we make over 60 different sizes of rings and this is not something you can just guess and expect to get correct. The width (this is not the size, but how wide it is) can also greatly affect how the ring fits--wider rings fit tighter. Keep this in mind when being sized, if you get sized with a 3mm wide sizer and you want a 10mm wide ring, you'll need to compensate for that. Here's a printable RING WIDTH CHART to help you determine what width is best.
Exchanges: Because our items are works of art and made-to-order, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We will create your ring in the exact size you specify, should you need to re-size the ring the cost is 50% of the current retail price for this service and can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
